About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a support member of the fund controlling teams, responsible for a wide range of generalist tasks such as contributing to ongoing financial analyses, the budgeting process, and forecasting
Support for scenario analyses, research, financial projections, and cash management
Maintenance and continuous development of management reporting
Contribute to the development and automation of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as the optimization of tools using AI to improve system efficiency and quality
Participate in initiatives that promote AI-driven working environments, in cross-functional projects, and in integrating IT and data flows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or Business Informatics
Initial experience in the fund industry during or after studies, for example as a Financial Analyst in a bank’s Asset Management, as an Investment Controller in management, or as an IT Auditor at a Big Four firm within the fund business
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Team-oriented with an interest in coordinating projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High interest in IT, databases, multidimensional data structures (cubes), AI-supported working environments, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft 365, and working with databases
Knowledge of SQL and Python, and interest in machine learning (ML) and AI-driven processes
Experience with data cubes
Fluent in German and English
