About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support strategic and operational compensation initiatives and programs through data analysis and reporting
  • Analyze employee lifecycle data, including turnover trends, exit interviews, and employee retention feedback
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and management reports
  • Support preparation of compensation projects
  • Monitor key workforce metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Assist with implementing AI tools and automation within HR processes
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements of HR processes and systems
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Support ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Human Resources
  • Knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations
  • Experience in HR analytics, compensation, HRIS, or a related field
  • Experience in workforce planning or HR reporting
  • Understanding of compensation structures and total rewards programs
  • Experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships and meet internal client needs
  • Positive, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of AI tools or HR technology implementations is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (required) with confident use of other Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint
