About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support strategic and operational compensation initiatives and programs through data analysis and reporting
- Analyze employee lifecycle data, including turnover trends, exit interviews, and employee retention feedback
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and management reports
- Support preparation of compensation projects
- Monitor key workforce metrics and proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Assist with implementing AI tools and automation within HR processes
- Contribute to ongoing improvements of HR processes and systems
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Human Resources
- Knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations
- Experience in HR analytics, compensation, HRIS, or a related field
- Experience in workforce planning or HR reporting
- Understanding of compensation structures and total rewards programs
- Experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and partnerships and meet internal client needs
- Positive, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Knowledge of AI tools or HR technology implementations is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills (required) with confident use of other Microsoft Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint
