About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for business engineering within the Avaloq systems
- Working in collaboration with line management to understand business process requirements
- Identify scalable, innovative solutions for the systems
- Development of sustainable integration solutions that automate event-driven, real-time data transfer to third-party systems
- Collaboration on integration projects involving continuous, real-time, bi-directional data exchange between client and server
- Using Kafka to scalably capture, process, store and forward large volumes of real-time data streams
- Testing of optimisations and ensuring the quality of the end-to-end solution from design through to deployment
- Ensuring the continuous updating of the systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Engineering
- An Avaloq certification an advantage
- Understanding of private banking and its processes
- Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking, its modules and their integration
- Knowledge of Avaloq Container Platform Reference (ACPR) and Avaloq Business Event Grid (BEG)
- Proficient in OpenShift, OpenAPI, Apache Kafka and .NET
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- English and German
