About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for business engineering within the Avaloq systems
Working in collaboration with line management to understand business process requirements
Identify scalable, innovative solutions for the systems
Development of sustainable integration solutions that automate event-driven, real-time data transfer to third-party systems
Collaboration on integration projects involving continuous, real-time, bi-directional data exchange between client and server
Using Kafka to scalably capture, process, store and forward large volumes of real-time data streams
Testing of optimisations and ensuring the quality of the end-to-end solution from design through to deployment
Ensuring the continuous updating of the systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Engineering
An Avaloq certification an advantage
Understanding of private banking and its processes
Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking, its modules and their integration
Knowledge of Avaloq Container Platform Reference (ACPR) and Avaloq Business Event Grid (BEG)
Proficient in OpenShift, OpenAPI, Apache Kafka and .NET
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
English and German
