Group Audit Manager – WM Risk & Compliance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and assess Wealth Management risks assumed by the business
- Control market, credit, operational, legal and compliance risks
- Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of controls designed to mitigate those risks
- Provide practical, innovative and value‑adding solutions to identified issues
- Prepare audit reports for senior management at local, global, functional and Group levels
- Communicate regularly and transparently with senior management about findings or risks
- Monitor results, risk profile and developments within Wealth Management and Risk & Compliance, and contribute to periodic reassessment of the audit plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree; CPA or CIA is an advantage
- Experience in audit, compliance, 2nd Line of Defense, or internal control within the banking industry, preferably with a focus on Wealth Management
- Good understanding of the financial markets, operational processes and process flows within and between banks and counterparties
- Thorough knowledge of local regulatory requirements
- Flexible, committed team player
- Willingness to travel for audit assignments (approx. 5%)
- Fluent in German and English
