Lead IT Auditor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducting and supporting risk- and system-oriented audits
- Planning and executing audits and risk-based testing
- Evaluating risks and assessing process efficiency
- Preparing audit reports and recommendations
- Providing best-practice advice
- Liaising with the Head of Internal Audit and the Audit Committee
- Contributing to the annual Internal Audit planning process
- Enhancing audit programs and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Experience as an internal and/or external auditor in a bank or asset manager
- Professional experience in the 2nd or 3rd line of defense (business unit or IT)
- Interest in data analytics and conducting audits
- Audit experience in complex organizations
- Ability and willingness to work independently
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Knowledge of auditing standards and internal control principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation skills and the ability to assert influence
- Confident presence; able to work independently and as part of a team
- German (C2/C1) and English
