About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Close collaboration with business auditors
Independent planning, preparation and execution of application audits as part of financial and process audits
Development of risk-oriented audit programs
Conducting IT audits based on data-driven insights
Analysis and assessment of IT governance, the internal control system (ICS), risk appetite, and compliance structures
Drafting audit reports
Presenting findings
Assisting in advising business units
Conducting special audits
Further development of IT audit methodology and tools to improve audit quality
Contributing to proactive risk management and raising risk awareness
Assisting in identifying cross-functional trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration/Economics
Several years of professional experience as a certified IT auditor (e.g., CIA, CISA, CRA, CISSP, or CISM)
Strong affinity for IT applications
Solid expertise in business and IT process analysis, application controls, integrated audits, and information security
Banking domain experience
Committed, reliable personality
Team player
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Objectivity and impartiality
Structured and precise working style
Clear and concise verbal and written communication
Languages: German, English
