About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop engaging training and awareness initiatives to strengthen the bank’s security posture, with a focus on phishing
Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents
Conduct phishing simulations and track compliance
Create and deliver high-quality content to train employees on phishing best practices
Track employee training and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
Analyze results from training sessions and phishing simulations to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Analyze security data and prepare reports for senior management on risks and potential vulnerabilities
Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes to ensure compliance with security standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with security standards
Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to sustain high phishing awareness and minimize operational risk
Support company-wide security awareness programs
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Passion for cybersecurity and strong ability to build relationships across the organization
Professional experience with cybersecurity awareness strategies, controls, and communication/training programs
In-depth knowledge of security principles and best practices, with the ability to create and deliver high-quality training content
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical skills with experience producing complex reports
Proficiency with IT systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Proficiency in German and English
