About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to a bank-wide e‑learning program on security designed to enhance security and risk awareness, with a specific focus on phishing.
Design and organize engaging formats such as targeted training sessions, workshops, and continuing education courses aimed at improving early and sustainable detection of phishing risks.
Shape and further develop a risk-aware security culture that reinforces secure behavior and sustainably improves decision-making across the workforce in modern work environments.
Further develop and maintain the phishing simulation platform.
Conduct group-wide analysis and evaluation of results related to operational risks from phishing emails.
Derive effective protective measures and promote dialogue on security behavior, risk perception, and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Additional certification or ongoing studies in compliance or risk management is a plus.
Professional experience in HR or IT with a focus on e‑learning.
Interest in information security and the topic of security and risk awareness, including related processes.
Analytical mindset with a team-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
Service-oriented attitude and an interest in influencing colleagues through risk-based approaches.
Preference for a structured, independent working style.
IT literate, experienced with banking software and proficient in Excel.
German (C1/C2) and English; additional languages are a plus.
