- Knowledge of banking operations and processes
- Knowledge of adult protection law (guardianship)
- Professional experience in inheritance/estate advisory
- Analytical, team-oriented personality
- Self-motivated with diplomatic skills
- Strong communication skills
- Affinity for IT and proficient MS Office skills
- Mobility / willingness to travel
- Fluent in German and English
