About the role
- Responsible for independently managing the bank’s private market fund mandates
- Responsible for the daily administration of private market investments, operational processing, and support of fund managers
- Controlling of investment activities, monitoring liquidity, cash management, capital calls, and distributions
- Coordination of capital events
- Coordination of processes for integrating new fund mandates, including liquid and illiquid funds, and operational controlling of fund processes across their entire lifecycle
- Handling client inquiries, maintaining tools and reports, and programming Excel files
- Preparation and management of documents for committees and senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Professional experience in the fund business, e.g., as a Fund Accountant or Fund Controller in Operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of fund products, their lifecycle, and associated operational processes and regulations
- Experience in cross-functional project management and coordination of fund projects
- Interest in managing complex fund processes
- Proactive personality with attention to detail and a strong quality orientation
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with multitasking and client-facing work
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- IT affinity, proficiency in Excel programming (VBA) and development of tools and reports
- Fluent in German and English
