About the role

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the bank's output and storage management systems
  • Further development and maintenance of the systems or implementation of new requirements and features, including testing
  • Monitoring the ongoing operation of the tools on the platform, including the network
  • Analysis and resolution of user issues
  • Collaboration with business teams to define new customizations and promote automation
  • Projects to improve robust processes and system stability
  • Maintenance of documentation
  • Ongoing collaboration with business and IT
  • Taking on technical responsibility within the own area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or Software Engineering
  • Professional experience with Front Arena banking software, Linux system administration, Microsoft Windows Server and MS SQL
  • Experience maintaining output and/or storage systems
  • Programming skills with the FIX protocol, PowerShell, Python and SQL
  • Interest in architectural design
  • Experience in support and maintenance
  • Analytical, team-oriented, pragmatic, results-driven and quality-conscious
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines successfully
  • Proficiency in German and English.
