About the role
- Controlling and management of private equity mandates and oversight of segregated accounts
- Monitoring mandate-specific obligations
- Point of contact for management, portfolios, accounting and reporting
- Ensuring seamless operational execution of mandates
- Monitoring processes and service quality
- Participation in internal and external mandate meetings
- Providing technical support during mandate negotiations with clients
- Ongoing review of relevant client topics, products and regulatory developments
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a focus on business administration, or a business lawyer with an aptitude for accounting
- Professional experience in asset management with funds or fund-of-funds
- Knowledge of accounting and financial statements
- Analytical skills
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in project management and process governance
- Team-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
