About the role

  • Controlling and management of private equity mandates and servicing of separate accounts
  • Monitoring mandate-specific obligations
  • Point of contact for management, portfolios, accounting and reporting
  • Ensuring seamless operational execution of mandates
  • Overseeing processes and the quality of services
  • Participation in internal and external mandate meetings
  • Providing specialist support during mandate negotiations with clients
  • Ongoing review of clients', products' and regulations' relevant technical topics.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration or a business lawyer with a flair for accounting
  • Professional experience in asset management with funds or fund of funds
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial statements
  • Analytical skills
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in project management and process control
  • Team-oriented
  • High social and communication skills
  • German and English.
