About the role
- Conduct independent client consultations with a focus on matrimonial property and inheritance law
- Draft documents such as marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements and inheritance contracts, wills, anticipated succession arrangements (lifetime transfers or pre‑inheritance)
- Handle estate administrations and executorship mandates
- Deliver presentations at client events and write professional articles
- Conduct internal training on matrimonial property law, inheritance law and banking law
- Expand the department’s service offering and participate in projects and committees.
Requirements
- Bar admission (attorney) or notary qualification
- Knowledge of banking operations and processes
- Knowledge of adult guardianship/protection law and banking operations
- Professional experience in inheritance advising and in executorships or estate administration
- Analytical, team‑oriented personality with a strong client focus
- Self‑initiative and diplomatic skills
- Articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written expression
- IT aptitude and MS Office skills
- German and English (proficient).
