About the role

  • Conduct independent client consultations with a focus on matrimonial property and inheritance law
  • Draft documents such as marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements and inheritance contracts, wills, anticipated succession arrangements (lifetime transfers or pre‑inheritance)
  • Handle estate administrations and executorship mandates
  • Deliver presentations at client events and write professional articles
  • Conduct internal training on matrimonial property law, inheritance law and banking law
  • Expand the department’s service offering and participate in projects and committees.

Requirements

  • Bar admission (attorney) or notary qualification
  • Knowledge of banking operations and processes
  • Knowledge of adult guardianship/protection law and banking operations
  • Professional experience in inheritance advising and in executorships or estate administration
  • Analytical, team‑oriented personality with a strong client focus
  • Self‑initiative and diplomatic skills
  • Articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written expression
  • IT aptitude and MS Office skills
  • German and English (proficient).
