About the role

  • Ensure the efficient, compliant and client-centric management of fund mandates
  • Responsible for independently managing the bank's private market fund mandates
  • Responsible for the daily administration of private market investments
  • Controlling of investment activities; monitoring liquidity, cash management, capital calls and distributions
  • Coordination of capital events
  • Coordination of processes for onboarding new fund mandates
  • Handling client inquiries
  • Maintenance of tools and reports, including Excel programming
  • Preparation and management of documents for committees and senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Professional experience in fund operations, e.g., as a Fund Accountant or Fund Controller
  • Comprehensive knowledge of fund products, their life cycle, and related operational processes and regulations
  • Experience in cross-functional project management and coordination of fund projects
  • Proactive personality with strong attention to detail and a high quality orientation
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT aptitude; proficiency in Excel programming (VBA) and development of tools and reports
  • Fluent in German and English.
