About the role

  • Support controlling of group-wide finance projects related to private market funds in collaboration with colleagues from the finance departments of global branches
  • Analyze and control financing projects for private market funds structured around investor capital commitments
  • Control data when investor groups invest in private equity funds via direct investments, co-investments, or funds of funds
  • Control hedging projects for private equity funds
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders worldwide
  • Contribute to the development of the department, maintain systems, and ensure data quality
  • Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking and Finance
  • Professional experience in a bank, at an asset manager, in audit, or in banking consultancy
  • Understanding of the fund industry, including its structures and processes
  • Operational experience in a fund environment
  • Analytical mindset with a holistic, open approach and practical orientation
  • Team-oriented with an interest in efficient work organization and meeting deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork
  • Strong client orientation
  • MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in German and English
