About the role
- Responsible for regulatory activities related to requirements on how well the bank as a whole can cover its risks with solvency capital and eligible own funds
- Ensure, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, that the bank meets the recovery and resolution expectations of local and international authorities
- Responsible for regulatory compliance in a dynamic regulatory environment
- Responsible for preparing regulatory documents and ensuring they meet the highest standards
- Responsible for shaping cooperation with authorities, committees and associations
- Ongoing collaboration with Senior Management across Finance, Risk and Governance
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Banking & Finance or Economics
- MBA, CPA or ACCA advantageous
- Professional experience in Group Accounting or in the auditing of banks (Big Four)
- Expertise in RRP and a good understanding of regulatory requirements
- Interest in shaping the core topic of recovery and resolution planning
- Positive, cooperative working style with colleagues and a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to drive projects from concept to implementation and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to demonstrate competence in individual and group discussions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
