About the role

  • Monitoring and review of regulatory changes
  • Analyzing the impact of regulatory requirements on systems and processes, and planning and implementing change measures to achieve optimal system performance
  • Developing tailored solutions to improve efficiency, including designing business processes and IT solutions for regulatory changes into business-friendly implementations
  • Increasing the resilience of business processes with pragmatic approaches and testing new implementations
  • Ensuring measurability of automated and optimized processes after regulatory changes
  • Managing and coordinating internal and external specialists in close collaboration with the relevant departments across the bank
  • Further developing concepts and solutions to ensure optimal operations with regulatory updates

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business or (Business) Law
  • Knowledge of the legal/regulatory environment of private banking and project management experience
  • Professional experience in private banking in project management or consulting for private banks or asset managers
  • Knowledge in Regulatory Reporting, MiFID, Data Protection Act (DSG), GDPR (DSGVO), etc.
  • Confident in change management and implementing regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with agile project methodologies
  • Analytical personality with both conceptual and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interest in team-oriented communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to perform confidently under pressure and deadlines
  • German and English fluency
