About the role
- Assist with analysis of fund investment data and support the preparation of quarterly, semi‑annual and annual reports, as well as reports for investors and regulators
- Contribute to ad‑hoc and monthly flash reporting to Senior Management
- Support risk‑oriented controlling of cash management (capital calls, distributions), currency hedging, etc.
- Valuation of the underlying assets of the funds
- Support optimization of departmental processes (interfaces, tools, systems) and data quality
- Assist with updates to departmental manuals
- Support coordination tasks and participation in international projects
- Work on ad‑hoc projects.
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Banking & Finance
- Initial professional experience, ideally in audit for fund managers or as a controller in asset management
- Analytical, team‑oriented personality with a flair for numbers and attention to detail
- Precise working style and ability to work to deadlines
- Flexible and resilient individual with initiative and an IT affinity
- Interest in working with banking software, databases (SQL) and MS Office (Excel, VBA)
- German and English language skills
