About the role

  • Participate in projects covering analysis, concept development, implementation, integration, testing and rollout of business functionality for portfolio management, payments, tax, Lombard loans, etc.
  • Lead project design regarding best practices and implementation through agile transformation
  • Responsible for supporting IT systems with a focus on sustainability and stability
  • Configure business solutions in Avaloq and the associated peripheral systems
  • Coordinate with external vendors during the implementation of new solutions
  • Ensure availability of all relevant systems
  • Evaluate new change requests from a developer’s perspective
  • Coordinate activities in cross-divisional projects
  • Develop and support in-house developments and interfaces
  • Work on ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • HF (Swiss higher technical diploma), Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Engineering
  • Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP) is a plus
  • Qualified IT specialist or application developer
  • Work experience with Avaloq at a bank or in banking consulting
  • Strong scripting skills and knowledge of Oracle SQL
  • Act as a reliable IT partner for an innovative and demanding business
  • A flair for conceptual and analytical work and solution-oriented thinking
  • Team- and communication-oriented with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments
  • Resilient personality with initiative and strong execution skills
  • Systematic, structured and independent working style
  • Swiss residence required
  • English; German is a plus.
