About the role

  • Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines (continuous integration/continuous deployment) for SaaS environments
  • Integrate security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle using automated vulnerability scans, code analysis, and compliance checks
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop cloud-based solutions
  • Optimize infrastructure-as-code deployments, configuration management, and patching processes across multiple environments
  • Ensure compliance of systems and services with RMF, NIST 800-53, Impact Level 4 (IL4), etc.
  • Identify, analyze, and assess risks related to software supply chains, open-source components, and third-party integrations
  • Document DevSecOps processes
  • Deliver training and education
  • Monitor the market for new tools and technologies to improve automation, monitoring, and security
  • Support ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CDP, CKA, AWS/Azure DevOps, Security+, CISSP, etc.
  • Proven experience on banking projects
  • Solid experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles and supporting cloud-based SaaS solutions
  • Experience designing secure CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Familiarity with security automation tools for code analysis, vulnerability scanning, and compliance validation
  • Knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53, Impact Level 4 (IL4), etc.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) and experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab)
  • Analytical, team-oriented mindset
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent English language skills.
