As Lead Auditor responsible for conducting complex audits in accordance with internal policies and the standards of the IIA
Contribute to the application of data‑science methods when designing audits
Execute audit engagements for product and functional reviews
Perform sample testing to ensure risk coverage across products such as equities, bonds, traditional funds, hedge funds and private market funds
Audit correct transaction processing and associated compliance
Ensure proper conduct of distribution, portfolio management, product development and functions within the COO and CFO offices
Lead meetings to discuss findings or advise line managers on efficiency and effectiveness issues within the department
Responsible for engaging all stakeholders in the 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense on matters arising from the business
Participate in the annual assessment of the risk landscape and processes (internal control system, IKS)
Support the design of the annual plan by evaluating findings and anticipating potential risks for the entire firm, with a solid understanding of processes, risk identification, risk assessment and risk mitigation
Contribute to fostering a collegial team culture within Internal Audit

Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Audit or Accounting
Certifications such as CIA, CPA or ACCA
Professional experience in internal audit of asset management at a bank or insurance company, at a large asset manager, or in external audit
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Interest in shaping audits using data‑science methods
Sound knowledge of audit methodology and interest in project management
Willingness to discuss technical topics with various stakeholders in a consensus‑oriented way to influence optimal behavior
