About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the friendly face and voice that helps customers with their questions and concerns
- Create and manage customer cases, directing them to the right team for solutions
- Handle basic accounting tasks—updating payments, processing invoices, and keeping things organized
- Answer the incoming calls
- Keep dispatch schedules on track by coordinating updates, pickups, and changes
- Work closely with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Stay on top of customer records, transactions, and resolutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not required!)
- Experience in customer service, accounting, or dispatch coordination is a bonus
- Strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and learning new software
- Positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST schedule (Los Angeles time)
