About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be the friendly face and voice that helps customers with their questions and concerns
  • Create and manage customer cases, directing them to the right team for solutions
  • Handle basic accounting tasks—updating payments, processing invoices, and keeping things organized
  • Answer the incoming calls
  • Keep dispatch schedules on track by coordinating updates, pickups, and changes
  • Work closely with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly
  • Stay on top of customer records, transactions, and resolutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not required!)
  • Experience in customer service, accounting, or dispatch coordination is a bonus
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and learning new software
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST schedule (Los Angeles time)
