About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, implement and maintain networks, as well as physical and virtual server systems.
Monitor IT infrastructure performance, performing analysis and optimizations as needed.
Ensure information security through the enforcement of security policies and incident handling.
Execute backup routines, data recovery and service continuity procedures.
Collaborate with development teams and other IT areas on projects and improvement initiatives.
Support the evaluation of new technologies and solutions aimed at improving infrastructure and security.
Continuously monitor the infrastructure for vulnerabilities and security risks.
Manage security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Support security audits and compliance processes related to infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Participate in security incident analysis and response, applying corrective actions when necessary.
Work with development and operations teams to ensure security is integrated into all stages of the systems lifecycle.
Support alignment between business requirements and technological solutions that add operational value.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Solid experience in IT infrastructure within corporate environments
Experience implementing and maintaining information protection mechanisms and securing computing environments
Experience in managing and monitoring infrastructure and communications service providers
Experience with distributed corporate environments and supporting multiple sites
Availability to work in a hybrid model with 4 days on-site at our office located at Av. Nações Unidas, 14261
Knowledge of ITIL
Knowledge of cloud environments
Customer Experience support skills
Knowledge of information security policies and compliance
Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Experience with Monitoring and Observability
Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Cisco networking (VLAN/ACL)
Cisco Meraki (Firewall/Wi‑Fi)
Fortinet
Microsoft Azure / Office 365
VMware Infrastructure
Linux
Intermediate/Advanced English (preferred)
