Realizar análise dos subsídios enviados pelo Cliente;
Orientar clientes sobre a melhor opção para resolução da NIP. Inclusive, indicando as fragilidades regulatórias e suas consequências;
Fazer a elaboração da notificação a ser enviada ao beneficiário;
Fazer a elaboração da resposta da NIP e protocolo;
Ter interação direta com clientes, garantindo uma comunicação clara e eficiente sobre a tratativa e solução da NIP;
Realizar preenchimento de planilhas para controle dos prazos e elaboração de relatório gerencial.
