About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for optimizing and maintaining our online shops so that our reusable construction materials are presented perfectly online
- You prepare project entries and upload them, including careful reconciliation and verification of data
- You manually and systematically maintain material data so our customers are always fully informed
- You process and coordinate sales inquiries — using your technical understanding of the construction sector and a keen eye for detail
- You support our sales team in advising on purchase/sales inquiries
- You collaborate closely with the team to optimize processes and contribute new ideas
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Marketing and/or Sales
- You have experience maintaining online shops / e‑commerce platforms
- You have an interest in or basic knowledge of building components/materials, or you are highly motivated to learn
- You work in a structured and careful manner — even when performing repetitive tasks
- You have excellent communication skills and a sales mindset, enjoying interaction with customers and service providers
- You show initiative and are willing to learn new systems quickly
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You can work up to 20 hours per week during the semester
