About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and execution of our (de)construction projects as a Construction Manager / Civil Engineer for Deconstruction & Circular Economy
Developing solutions for circular projects with a focus on reuse, damage-free dismantling, and proper storage and transport of building products
Planning and overseeing selective deconstruction and the reinstallation of building products
Developing product-specific requirements and implementation strategies for the reuse of building products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in civil engineering/architecture (building construction) or a technical construction qualification
Professional experience in construction management or technical planning, ideally in selective deconstruction
Experience with tendering and awarding construction contracts
Passion for finding solutions to complex challenges related to the reuse of building materials
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured, independent working style
Willingness to travel within Germany
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
