Circular Construction Consultant
ConcularConsultant for Circular Construction projects at Concular focuses on implementing sustainable building solutions. Engaging with clients in the construction sector to promote circular economy practices.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support our clients in the implementation of circular construction and deconstruction projects
- Support research and development (R&D) projects
- Develop project plans and ensure the smooth implementation of complex client projects
- Lead the project team and our project partners through the process
- Reliably monitor project controlling, budget use, and maintain oversight of resource planning
- Keep focus on the operational value added for the company
- Proactively maintain client relationships as a basis for developing new projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid professional experience in delivering projects for clients in the construction and real estate sector
- Confident in using common LCA software and databases (e.g., OneClick LCA, CAALA, eLCA, or ÖKOBAUDAT)
- Able to perform assessments in accordance with DIN EN 15978
- Independently prepare persuasive client presentations
- Author publications, reports, documentation, or manuals
- Coordinate stakeholders and communicate on equal terms
- Design and facilitate workshops for collaborative solution development
- Strong communication skills in German and English
