About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Client acquisition & regional site development in Munich
Establishment and further development of the office in the region
Analysis of regional market structures and identification of project potentials
Proactive outreach to clients and decision-makers
Building and maintaining relationships with regional networks and planning partners
Conducting initial meetings and developing project approaches
Operational management and coordination of projects
Proactive advisory on technical, process-related, and regulatory issues
Ensuring reliable project monitoring and control
Documentation of project results and development of regional standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant professional experience in the construction and real estate sector and a strong regional network
Motivated to open up new markets, build relationships, and earn the trust of regional stakeholders
Confident engagement with decision-makers from industry and the public sector and ability to explain complex topics clearly
Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders
Experience in sustainable and circular planning and construction, and knowledge of life cycle assessment (LCA), ideally complemented by experience with sustainability reporting or certifications (e.g., DGNB, QNG, BREEAM)
Confident in preparing client presentations, reports, documentation, and decision-making materials
Ability to design and facilitate workshops to co-develop practical solutions
Clarity, ownership, and a commitment to empowering teams to self-organize
Fluent communication in German and English
