About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acquisition & regional site development
Analysis of regional market structures and needs in the construction and real estate sector
Identification of project opportunities and outreach to relevant clients
Building and maintaining relationships with regional networks and decision-makers
Operational management and organization of projects
Advice on technical, procedural and regulatory matters
Ensuring project controlling and budget monitoring
Documentation of project results and further development of regional standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant professional experience in the construction and real estate industry
A strong network in the region
Motivation to develop new markets and build trust with regional stakeholders
Confident interaction with decision-makers from business and the public sector
Experience managing complex projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of life cycle assessment (LCA) and sustainable building
Ability to prepare client presentations, reports and workshops to develop practical, hands-on solutions
Confident communication in German and English
