About the role
- You are responsible for the sales channels for supplying our materials to prospective customers, from inquiry and consultation through to ordering.
- You identify potential new customers and approach them proactively.
- You maintain customer relationships and collect feedback to proactively win follow-up projects and continuously improve our offering.
- You organize the dismantling and reinstallation of materials between sites and expand our partner network.
- You hold discussions and negotiate with manufacturers regarding the distribution of second‑life materials and sustainable construction products.
- You ensure timely and accurate invoicing and accounting for projects.
Requirements
- You are a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
- You have knowledge of construction materials, e.g., from working in building-materials retail, manufacturing, construction companies/contractors, or similar.
- You are skilled in sales and have professional experience in sales or a sales-related environment.
- You can negotiate on equal terms and are persuasive and professional.
- You are passionate about our mission to drive the transition to a circular economy.
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and speak English at least at a conversational level.
