About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for the sales channels for supplying our materials to prospective customers, from inquiry and consultation through to ordering.
You identify potential new customers and approach them proactively.
You maintain customer relationships and collect feedback to proactively win follow-up projects and continuously improve our offering.
You organize the dismantling and reinstallation of materials between sites and expand our partner network.
You hold discussions and negotiate with manufacturers regarding the distribution of second‑life materials and sustainable construction products.
You ensure timely and accurate invoicing and accounting for projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
You have knowledge of construction materials, e.g., from working in building-materials retail, manufacturing, construction companies/contractors, or similar.
You are skilled in sales and have professional experience in sales or a sales-related environment.
You can negotiate on equal terms and are persuasive and professional.
You are passionate about our mission to drive the transition to a circular economy.
You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and speak English at least at a conversational level.
