About the role

  • Client acquisition & regional location development
  • Analyze regional market structures, stakeholders and needs in the construction and real estate sector
  • Identify concrete project opportunities and approach relevant clients and decision-makers
  • Build sustainable relationships with regional networks, associations, municipalities and planning partners
  • Operational project implementation as well as technical and organizational project management
  • Ensure project controlling and monitor budgets, schedules and resource allocation
  • Document project results and contribute insights to the further development of regional standards

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience in the construction and real estate industry
  • Strong network in the region
  • Ability to present confidently to decision-makers in the private and public sectors
  • Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of life cycle assessment (LCA) and sustainability reporting or certifications (e.g., DGNB, QNG, BREEAM)
  • Proficient in preparing client presentations, reports, documentation and decision-making materials
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
