About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Client acquisition & regional location development
Analyze regional market structures, stakeholders and needs in the construction and real estate sector
Identify concrete project opportunities and approach relevant clients and decision-makers
Build sustainable relationships with regional networks, associations, municipalities and planning partners
Operational project implementation as well as technical and organizational project management
Ensure project controlling and monitor budgets, schedules and resource allocation
Document project results and contribute insights to the further development of regional standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant professional experience in the construction and real estate industry
Strong network in the region
Ability to present confidently to decision-makers in the private and public sectors
Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of life cycle assessment (LCA) and sustainability reporting or certifications (e.g., DGNB, QNG, BREEAM)
Proficient in preparing client presentations, reports, documentation and decision-making materials
Strong communication skills in German and English
