About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in the recruiting process, from prescreening and coordinating interviews to preparing employment contracts.
- Preparation and execution of onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintenance and updating of personnel data in Personio.
- Participation in organizational development projects (e.g., Loop Approach and OKRs).
- Organization of monthly team events and support in planning annual company events.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and assistance with general office management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
- Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken German.
- Confident command of English.
