About the role

  • Support in the recruiting process, from prescreening and coordinating interviews to preparing employment contracts.
  • Preparation and execution of onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintenance and updating of personnel data in Personio.
  • Participation in organizational development projects (e.g., Loop Approach and OKRs).
  • Organization of monthly team events and support in planning annual company events.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and assistance with general office management.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
  • Confident command of English.
