About the role

  • advise and support our clients in implementing circular construction and deconstruction projects
  • support R&D projects
  • create project plans and ensure smooth execution of complex client projects
  • guide project teams and project partners through the process
  • monitor project controlling and budget allocation
  • consider operational added value for the company and identify options for reuse
  • maintain proactive contact with clients as a basis for developing new projects

Requirements

  • solid professional experience in managing projects for clients in the construction and real estate sector
  • proficient with common LCA software and databases (e.g., OneClick LCA, CAALA, eLCA, or ÖKOBAUDAT)
  • accounting according to DIN EN 15978
  • independently create persuasive client presentations
  • confident in drafting published results, reports, documentation, or manuals
  • stakeholder coordination and communication at eye level
  • develop and facilitate workshops for collaborative solution development
  • fluent communication in German and English
