About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone regarding the use of their card and application
- Analyze customer needs and personalize the relationship to better understand their expectations, reassure them, and support them
- Develop long-term, high-quality relationships to grow the customer portfolio as part of our commitment to relationship excellence
- Handle assigned cases in compliance with procedures and security rules, demonstrating exemplary behavior, particularly in terms of rigor and integrity.
Requirements
- High level of French (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a formal and diplomatic approach
- Good organizational, time management and planning skills.
