About the role

  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops focused on business processes within Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules)
  • Design, configure, and customize CE components: entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and processes
  • Build automation solutions using: Power Automate (Cloud) for system-to-system automation and Power Automate Desktop for RPA, UI-based automation, and legacy system interactions
  • Analyze manual or repetitive processes and propose automation strategies
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using Dataverse, connectors, and custom integrations when needed
  • Create functional/technical documentation, process flows, solution designs, and user guides
  • Stay updated on new features across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and RPA technologies

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related workloads)
  • Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and business rules
  • Strong experience building automation with Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
  • Practical experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA), including: UI automation, Desktop actions, Data handling, Error handling and exceptions
  • Understanding of Dataverse schema, relationships, and data modeling
  • Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into functional and automation solutions
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
