About the role

  • Provides administrative support to the security department in coordination with the coordinator.
  • Maintain and manage security files in an organized manner; all reports from all sites are documents generated by the contracted security provider.
  • Provide administrative support in the implementation of security and protection policies.
  • Audit all security documents.
  • Support the investigation of security incidents.
  • Handle access control system requests and ID badge printing.
  • Report and manage all updates related to service level agreements included in the Security contract.
  • Monitor KPIs included in the security service together with the coordinator.
  • Follow up on complaints related to the security service together with the coordinator.

Requirements

  • Eligible audience: Customer service agents, compliance assistants, and staff from Curitiba
  • Minimum 6 months in current role;
  • No disciplinary measures in the last 6 months and during the selection process;
  • Not currently in PIP/PSP;
  • Annual performance rating for 2024 minimum 3;
  • Not on vacation during the process and not on leave between July and September, and no medical leaves during the process;
  • Candidate ABS up to 4% in the last 3 months
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration or related fields;
  • Intermediate Excel
  • English and Spanish (differential/plus)
