About the role
- Your primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact for our customers.
- Assist prospects and customers with problem resolution and provide information.
- Actively contribute to promoting our brand image and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage customer complaints.
- Be an ambassador for customer satisfaction!
- Handle inbound calls, emails, letters and potentially interactions via social media.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills; organized, autonomous and positive in attitude.
- Proficient with digital tools and naturally curious about adopting new technologies.
- Availability from Monday to Sunday across a 24-hour operating schedule.
