About the role
- Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
- Focus on SMB sales, primarily outbound activities to a set of SMB customers
- Build and maintain relationships with a set of clients to increase revenue and growth
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales plan
- Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow up and resolution
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals ensuring they are technically and commercially sound
- Maintain good CRM hygiene by accurately tracking all events within the CRM
- Collaborate with team and participate in training and development programs provided by Concentrix
Requirements
- Proficient or bilingual level of German
- Advanced English level
- Solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
- Achievement and goal oriented, motivated self-starter
- Strong communication and good computer skills
- Pipeline management and forecasting experience
- Maintain good CRM hygiene and accurate tracking within CRM
- Full time availability (39 hours/week: 08:30–17:30)
- (Preferred) Previous experience working with channel
