About the role

  • Focus on understanding business processes, identifying problems, and defining solutions that align with business goals.
  • Regularly prepare needed data sets that are to be used by internal teams.
  • Stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Monitor and report on digital experience performance metrics to assess the impact of implemented solutions.
  • Suggest ongoing improvements based on analytics and feedback.
  • Support pilots, projects, and initiatives with data insights.
  • Identify and recommend strategies based on data, stakeholder requirements, and pilots.
  • Produce visualization of business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Have clear communication skills with proficiency in English (C1).
  • Have a degree in computer science, IT, mathematics, statistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting (preferred).
  • Have experience with analytics tools (Business Objects, Snowflake) and understanding of customer experience (preferred).
  • Have strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze datasets to assess business impact.
  • Have excellent attention to detail in both written and visual reports.
  • Have effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Are proficient in database technologies, programming languages, and data visualization tools.
  • Have the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Are a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
