About the role

  • Drive awareness around Premium Services and Missed Attach opportunities with selected Partners and Customers.
  • Contact with the Partners and Customers around technology information and line of business.
  • Achieve service attach targets including quota and expected attach rate and other key performance indicators as determined by the manager.
  • Provide professional support on incoming attach inquiries.
  • Advise existing Customers and Partners on recommended support service options.
  • Explain value of service attach vs existing warranty types, with emphasis on Premium services.
  • Collect, interpret and utilize install base data to produce accurate client-focused reports and push that information into the attach sales motion.
  • Create awareness and emphasize the value of the support services when engaging with the Partners and Customers.
  • Maintenance of high-quality customers’ contact database with frequent updates on digital and direct customer feedback.
  • Record Partner and Customer engagements in the sales tools, update internal databases and report on the sentiment.
  • Build lasting relationships with Clients and regularly revisit previous engagements.
  • Create internal relationships with x-functional teams in order to support the attach motion.
  • Leverage AI to better address queries coming from clients and address business needs.

Requirements

  • Have clear communication skills with proficiency in English (C1)
  • Have strong communication skills and can engage with both business and technical professionals.
  • Possess self-confidence and influencing abilities to drive conversations and decisions.
  • Have basic analytical skills to understand complex data and generate customer-focused insights.
  • Are eager to continuously learn, with a dynamic and team-oriented approach to your work.
  • Have a solid understanding of and interest in technology.
  • Are passionate about communication technology, digital security, and the SaaS business (a plus).
  • Have experience in customer service, sales, or customer research (preferred)
