About the role
- Paid, extensive training about all things social media - like digital marketing, online advertising, and more.
- Deal with customer's concerns regarding their social media account and marketing measures.
- Analyse and measure success metrics and optimize ad placements.
- Constantly expand knowledge of social media developments.
Requirements
- Proficient or bilingual in Dutch in speech and writing.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Service-oriented and communicative.
- Flexibly cover service hours (Monday – Sunday from 08am – 11pm).
- Must be a German resident (not considering applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg).
- Fulfill requirements for a remote workplace.
- Willing to continuously expand skills.
- Ideally have experience in customer service.
- Recognised qualification and experience in customer service support are preferred.
