- Ensure timely resolution of issues related to Business Intelligence & Insights solutions.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years' experience working on Business Intelligence development using industry-recognised BI tools
- Must have a proven track record in writing SQL queries
- Strong understanding of relational databases, with the ability to interpret database schemas to support query development
- Must have experience in automation using languages such as .NET, C #, Python, etc.
- Must have experience working with stakeholders on Business Intelligence requests
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills
- Preferably to have experience working in a contact centre environment for at least 2 years
- Able to effectively handle multiple concurrent tasks and is able to effectively prioritise and meet timelines on deliverables.
