About the role
- Telephone sales calls and email communication to sell in new acceptance.
- Made to both new and existing prospects.
- Agents will explain the request to pay with updated payment method, describe fee, and help the supplier to understand product value.
- Function between sales channels and business to facilitate lead management to help close lead.
- Servicing merchant inquiries and escalations around merchant enrollment/set up.
- Research skills to look up multiple data points and funnel information into Excel.
- A specialist will help customers set up the payment system to enable them to receive payments.
- May run reporting, provide business pertinent insight for meetings, and resolve leads needing more information.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) expected dials per day 40 to 50 estimated of 10 minutes per call.
- Expected to hit sales quota defined by leadership each month.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking database
- Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
- The ability to de-escalate situations and tough conversations around product offerings/pricing.
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

- A high school diploma and/or GED

- Providing a white glove customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building and consultative probing.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
