About the role

  • Responsible for timely, accurate and detailed reporting and discovering insights from social data
  • Point person for functional reporting and metrics; proactive leadership and commitment to detail and accuracy
  • Lead setup, access, usage guidance and governance of technical social tools for social content delivery and Brand protection with regional teams and global operations
  • Report to the Director External Marketing, Social Media
  • Full responsibility for data integrity and organizational reporting for social media
  • Analyze data daily, weekly, and monthly and present findings with recommendations for improvement
  • Assist the Social Cares Team (SCT) and Cyber Defense Operation Centre (CDOC) and advise resolution of alerts on social properties
  • Coordinate metrics, reporting, analysis, and insight across all global social networks with regional marketing
  • Create and provide leadership, oversight, and governance of the global social technology and business intelligence framework
  • Design, enhance and produce social content and brand protection functional performance reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
  • Review reports to determine characteristics and recommend best practices
  • Examine and improve report formats for quick consumption and action
  • Track and articulate business impact and results of social functions and activities
  • Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Deliver analysis and recommendations to feed into strategy, campaigns, content, and Brand protection planning
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for specific events, activities, and campaigns
  • Execute roadmap to advance social reporting, dashboards, and analytic capabilities for B2B and Employer Brand
  • Help design solutions to aggregate data via export, import and API from various social management tools into reporting and visualization solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university
  • 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
  • Strong attention to detail especially with numbers, data, reporting and visualization
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
  • Excellent Microsoft Office/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook application skills required
  • Strong communication skills: visual, written and verbal, and ability to interface with cross-functional teams and a variety of audiences
  • Prior experience in generating or analyzing reports and analytics
  • Strong business and marketing acumen combined with superior analytical and data skills
  • Ability to translate data into digestible stories and actionable insights
  • Insatiable appetite for understanding real-time digital data and metrics as well as patterns and trends
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with social listening and content tools
  • Experience working with Google Analytics preferred
