About the role

  • Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales to close deals
  • Understand client goals and align our solutions to their business needs
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance reporting
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product and service improvements
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and coordinate across departments as needed

Requirements

  • Proficient or bilingual level of German
  • Advanced English level
  • Solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
  • Achievement and goal oriented, motivated, self-starter
  • Strong communication and good computer skills
  • Pipeline management and forecasting experience
  • It would be a plus if you have previous experience working with channel
