About the role
- Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales to close deals
- Understand client goals and align our solutions to their business needs
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance reporting
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product and service improvements
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and coordinate across departments as needed
Requirements
- Proficient or bilingual level of German
- Advanced English level
- Solid Sales Background (outbound environment)
- Achievement and goal oriented, motivated, self-starter
- Strong communication and good computer skills
- Pipeline management and forecasting experience
- It would be a plus if you have previous experience working with channel
