About the role
- Define and execute a global platform, reliability, and software delivery strategy
- Lead transformation from manual DevOps practices to fully automated, AI-augmented CI/CD pipelines
- Deliver self-service developer platforms, AI-enabled toolchains, and scalable automation solutions to improve engineering productivity
- Implement AI and GenAI solutions to enhance code quality and accelerate development cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership roles with VP-level impact
- Proven ability to implement AI and GenAI solutions to boost productivity
- Extensive background in quality engineering, test automation, and large-scale cloud platform transformations
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
