About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Confidently operate processing equipment
Assist with farm-based work as required
Work in a small team for productivity in an Olive grove
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace
Apply Lean Manufacturing Principles e.g. 5S, KPIs
Record keeping in batch records
Handle warehouse operations including loading and unloading trucks
Ensure consumables levels are maintained and batch documents prepared
Support Field team during non-production time in various tasks including mowing, weeding, and operating tractors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working within a FMCG/GMP environments preferred
Health and Safety focused
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Strong team player with good communication skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role – lifting up to 20 kg on a regular basis
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Forklift ticket desirable
GMP or equivalent food handling experience
Basic computer skills
