About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain accurate and compliant financial records in line with accounting standards and company policies
Prepare journals and complete balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Support compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including preparation of group financial statements
Accounting for share capital transactions and share schemes, including equity reconciliations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and qualified CA/CPA Accountant
5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance functions within FMCG, Consumer Goods or Health Products (Desirable)
Experience working within an NZX listed company would be advantageous
Audit experience
Understanding of NZIFRS accounting standards
