About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure interoperability of the Navigo pass and ticketing equipment
Contribute to specifications and obtain RCTIF approvals
Interact with Smart Ticketing teams and stakeholders in contactless technologies
Provide expertise in radio-frequency communication and ticketing equipment
Coordinate communication between smart card suppliers and transport operators
Contribute to Navigo security and monitor Calypso technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac +5) in mechanical, electronic, or computer engineering (or equivalent)
3–5 years of experience as a consultant and/or project manager in the smart card sector, ideally in ticketing or payment systems
Knowledge of open-payment banking schemes
Experience writing functional specifications and working on public procurement/tender processes
Strong interpersonal skills and ease of communication
Analytical mindset, autonomy, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team, curiosity, and enthusiasm
